RISE Menopause Coaching is for women 35 and older who want to get stronger, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve balance and mobility, and support parasympathetic drive.

Mini Retreats

RISE Mini Retreats are 4-hour small group sessions on our Farm, dedicated to mind, spirit, and body.

We spend an afternoon working out in nature, reflecting in solitude, and connecting with one other as a community.

You will leave rejuvenated and refreshed.

Small Group practices are limited to 10 people for an intimate and individualized experience. Join us live in person at the studio or remotely.
