RISE Menopause Coaching is for women 35 and older who want to get stronger, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve balance and mobility, and support parasympathetic drive.
This membership includes access to the RISE On Demand library, with videos covering full workouts and explanations on movement. Members can also connect to the RISE community through access to our private Facebook group.
Together, we become stronger, love our bodies, and build a community.
Menopause Coaching
Mini Retreats
RISE Mini Retreats are 4-hour small group sessions on our Farm, dedicated to mind, spirit, and body.
We spend an afternoon working out in nature, reflecting in solitude, and connecting with one other as a community. You will leave rejuvenated and refreshed.
Mini Retreats are scheduled about three times a year. If you don’t see one to sign up for, check back again soon!
Small Group practices are limited to 10 people for an intimate and individualized experience. Join us live in person at the studio or remotely.
