Hi, I’m Valerie!

RISE Holistic Fitness is my creation and passion. I’ve been teaching small group personal fitness classes since college, and I’ve been running my own studio for nearly a decade.

While my classes are open to all ages and abilities, I specialize in menopause coaching for women 35 and older.

Almost all classes are hybrid style (in-person and virtual). For in-person classes, we use both the studio space and 45 acres of beautiful rural Michigan land.
